The random pawns you find roaming around Gransys don't do anything no matter how badly you beat the fuck out of them, right up until they're pulled back into the rift.

I don't remember if they only follow the Arisen's orders to the letter, but the fact that you can find them walking the streets and sometimes peek in windows means that they do have some personality. And sometimes, they object to your doings.

That actually makes me feel sorry for the pawns though it's probably explicitly stated that the pawns don't care. You're right, the rest of everyone just kind of keeps them off to the side and doesn't understand them.
In that case, I wonder if there wouldn't be a bit of both? People saying "ugh, you freak" but also probably quite a few drawn to the taboo aspect. Or they might find them for a night or so to fulfill darker urges.

Not feeling pain is a shit thing unless you want fucking zombies-like fighters that won't even bother protecting themselves because it doesn't even bother them.
A pawn who feels no pain could get a serious wound without being aware of it and not realizing his situation till he suddenly falls dead.
They might have a higher pain threshold but not feeling pain at all would make them near useless.

They can't die, though. Pain just helps you avoid death. Pawns can't be maimed, they can't have broken bones. They gain nothing from feeling pain, imo

Imagine if you are on your way to fighting some dangerous monster or some shit and you some bandits attack you. Your pawns murder them all and you proceed to fight this dangerous monster only for one of them to suddenly fall dead in the worst moment because he got stabbed in the ribs while fighting the bandits and wasn't even aware of it.
The pawns do feel pain anyway, they whine and groan when they are attacked or low on HP.

luckily you kill a weak version of a cursed dragon during the pope fight and you can dupe the extra horns

I don't really like the assassin masks either, and so many of the helms for yellow classes look the same. Red leather set would be great, but something makes me think that I missed it or something and can't buy it yet.

As you should first know Ogres are neither female or male but both.

Their gender and role In mating is only decided by their dominant mate. Ogres are solitary creatures that are abandoned by their birther as fast as they can drop kick them. They are Agressive and Hot blooded. So you see they all act male at first. When two Ogres come across one another, the mating ritual begins whether they like it or not.

First they will start making loud noises and smacking the ground and waving their arms wildy in the air. At This point they will start to become aroused as is evident by their glowing buttox.
