No, unless you need a specific rare drop like Elemental Tears. The only decent thing you get out of it normally is the Blood Sword and even that's been powercreeped by other in game weapons like Apocalypse. Just do that daily missions for it, the long-term achievements for colosseum battles are absurdly unrealistic, don't even bother.
