She's a safe pick. Hard to check a good one and she builds a good pick related ult really fast for reasons unknown.

Reduce how fast she gets her ult. Doesn't change her core concept and doesn't gut her. Needs to clip reliably and more frequently to be rewarded with a pulse bomb. Wouldn't touch her recall or her blink unless it's a cooldown increase on recall by 1-2 seconds.

A good tracer can swap sides on him constantly (4 times, so not really "constantly") and down him.

Nerfing her would be retarded because unless you're removing mobility from her the only thing you're gonna do is make her even harder to play, not less effective. Prod will still play tracer and you'll still bitch about her even though you haven't had to go against a good one in your life.
