it may be the rose-tinted glasses, but i've always preferred the corruption. just felt more natural to me.
can't say i've ever liked anything about the crimson - not the aesthetics, enemies, items, or boss.

because it's one of the two biggest mods, some of the bosses are actually well designed and feel rewarding

but the dev seems obsessed with making everything "uncheesable" and at the same time turning every single boss fight into some kind of bullet hell

tack onto that are stupid shit like polterghast which completely ignores iframes (and thus requires gimmick arenas to fight it, which the dev then nerfs, like DoG disabling teleporters) and it's frustrating

and yeah the brony comment is mostly because bronies tend to be total autistic spergs, which describes the calamity dev to a T

Hopefully a dumb question Veeky Forums, but any idea why me Chloro farm won't grow? It's in the cavern layer. I have several farms like this down my hellivator, this IS the only one indoors though, but as far as I can tell background walls shouldn't affect it. I know Chloro can take a while but my other farms have visibly progressed but this one just sits at one.

Yes as long as it's kept far enough away from Hallow blocks that it doesn't get HALLOWED. I have others that are fine. Aaaand having checked on my farm again later I see that it's now growing, my apologies, apparently I am an impatient dum-dum.
