I got um cia now and don´t wanna get banned. Friendlist showing is off. I think spotpass too, but I really don´t know how to check that. I am of course not going online, changing the date of my 3ds and when the game comes out I will just transfer the save file to my legit copy of the game.
Is this enough? anything else?

I always do 3 things to be sure. 1. Go to your Friends in 3DS (the orange icon) and then settings and first set the "Show my friends what vidya im playing" to Off (it's the bottom setting) and then set the upper one (Show my friends im online) to Off as well. 2. Go to your 3DS -> Settings -> Network -> Spotpass settings and turn everything there to off as well. 3. And finally, delete all your Wifi connections you have on your 3DS just to be sure it doesn't accidentally connect should your finger slip on the WiFi button.
Then once the game is officially out, you can restore the WiFi connections, but keep Spotpass shit off at all times.

Doesn't matter if it's installed, just make sure you haven't run it yet. Running a game adds it to your activity log which gets uploaded to nintendo if you have the botnet features enabled.

Reposting cause I didn't realize the thread was dead like an asshole. I bricked my 3DS. It's an old XL, it was on 10.1.0-27u. I followed every single step on the 3ds.guide to the letter. But after boot9strap installed successfully, it didn't reboot or open luma or anything. And now when turning it on it flashes the blue light and nothing else. I tried every method in the troubleshooting page for the black screen after boot9strap, nothing worked. I tried buying with a different sd card, a clean sd card, and no sd card, still nothing. Is my 3DS fucked? Can I fix it? Unfortunately there was no sysnand backup because I never got that far.

Got 2 Wii games Epic Mickey (.iso) and No More Heroes 2 (.ciso) that work in Dolphin, but can't get them onto my Wii U.
Dropping the files onto my SD card gives me a message saying there's not enough space on the card, even though there is far more than enough.

Joker 1 and 2 were officially translated on DS, so you need a DS flashcart for that. Monsters 1 remake for 3DS got fantranslated last year. They're currently working on Monsters 2 remake translation and Joker 3 translation.

You didn't even bother to read the complete troubleshooting guide to look for your problem and do the steps it tells you to. You probably just skipped the step needed.
In FBI, there's an option called "Remote Install". Then select "Receive URLs over network" or something similar. That will tell you what IP your 3DS has.

I'm literally the opposite of this and i did it, but since you mentioned, why does the faq mentions to use luma updater to update luma? All this time i have been updating luma just by clicking the star luma icon in the menu.
