Stay on shield oath on pulls, start a boss on shield oath, do 1-2-3, go sword oath right away, uses FoF, apply your dot, do your royal authority combo, once FoF runs out use requiescat, spam holy spirit, once requescat runs out go back to FoF dot royal authority.

You pull on shield oath, do a rage of halone combo and change to sword oath this should give you enough aggro for the pull.
Use Fight or flight, do goring blade combo and then do royal authority combo until FoF runs out.
Once it does use requiescat and spam holy spirit.
In a nutshell PLD rotation consists in FoF available? Use it, apply dots and spam royal authority combo. FoF ran out? Requiescat and spam holy spirit

In dungeons this is more than enough to keep aggro, on raids you should have your shitty ass co-tank shirk you.

As for mob pulls, there's no reason to get out of shield oath as PLD. Your aoe dps sucks, let the healer dps instead.
