So basically Riot made this new system under the guise of removing the "grind for stats" effect, while secretly making grinding for champs much more frustrating. Clever jewery I gotta admit.

Glacial Augment is exactly what she wants to stick on people, it's even better when you have Approach Velocity. Free boots with permanent +10 movespeed is also great on her.

This is also a great rune page for clearing jungle, since you get a crap ton of attack speed and potion duration from going Inspiration/Precision.

They work 5% better on manaless champs, it also lets you full clear jungle without getting too low.

Other option is stopwatch, but that's only good if you're buying Gargoyle Stoneplate second. Which is definitely an option, but that item is harder to use in solo queue.

Well Riot's currently working on more game projects, so they're gonna have to care about the lore eventually. Whic theyre now doing through the comics and the universe page a fun whatnot.

Their biggest issue right now is a lack of consistent delivery thst moves the lore forward on a frequent basis.

Electrocute isn't broken because maining the domination tree is shit and the cooldown is fuckhuge. It's great as a second tree, but no champion gets good use out of all the situational crap so you sacrifice at least 1 minor rune. Also you get less AD/AP than Sorcery.

Honestly the most broken Keystones right now are Summon Aery, Glacial Augment and Lethal Tempo.

1 game is 200 xp on average. Levelups are 2500-4500 xp. It takes 12.5-22.5 games to levelup, and each levelup is worth 910 BE on average.

So 10 matches is worth about 728-404 BE, or 72.8-40.4 IP per game. Under the old system, it was about 67 IP per game.

First win is worth 575 xp. That's about 2.88 games. Old first win is worth about 2.06-3.71 games under the new BE rates.

Compared to the old system:
IP per game is worse after 2700 xp per capsule. First win is worse after 3500 xp per capsule.

It only lets us unlock champs faster if we purchase champs randomly using shards for discounts. Did you use to get up to 6300 IP and then randomly pick a champ to buy? Me neither.

Tried Electrocute but he needs setup to proc some meager damage burst, tried Phase Dash and was the same, all runes feel so difficult to proc on him due to that retarded "3 unique attacks to proc".
