People who haven't played Thracia often say that most of the cast is the same but there are a lot of, admittedly who's, that could be chosen from.
The starter cast and Magi group all come to mind first.

I wanna see Heroes cover the side material. Cipher covers Heroes, Warriors, TMS#FE, and even Hasha no Tsurugi. I want Heroes to do that as well and use characters from Cipher + those others

The three most dialogue heavy characters are Leaf, who is in FE4, Dorias and August.
Dorias and Ausust aren't even playable. But yeah most characters have their recuitment convos and that's that or don't have anything like Kain and Alva.

It's the only way Grandpas have to feel like their favorite characters have relevancy.
