Okay, everyone! For those who are unaware, we're currently working on a /ddlc/ Sings "Your Reality." Participation is welcome from everyone, of all voices and talents, or lack thereof. What's really important is getting a lot of voices, so we make it obvious how much we care about this game! I've set it up so that there's no need to post links publicly- I'll be the only one to hear your voice on its own. Please help us so that we can make this project amazing! Your recording need have nothing but your voice. We've had some great participation so far, with 16 Anons sending in their awesome recordings! Let's keep this going and try to hit at least 30 before the cutoff!

The only thing really troublesome about Eva is how a lot of the plot devices like Adam/Lilith, Instrumentality, the Black and White seeds, etc. don't ever really get a good explanation within the show. But those aren't really necessary, I feel- it's much more about the message the show presents. That getting close to people is dangerous and can be painful, but that distancing yourself from that pain is not the way to live. Because when you do manage to get close to someone, when you do manage to learn to love yourself, all of that pain becomes worth it. You must not run away.

I saw the end of the thread and even though I saw this one get created I got the realest feeling of clinginess, nostalgia and a little dread so I wrote a poem in the dead 100 thread. It's short because well it's hard to put into words and I shortened two positive stanzas because I think it devalues the positive if there's just as much of it as the negative. It's really simple but I think bittersweet feelings devolving into spite is a huge personal issue I have so I wanted to at least sort of confront it.

Because I've gotten to the point where the work outweighs the pleasure I'll get from making them just for myself. Wasn't sure if this would be the sort of thing anyone else would care about.

The logic is sound, the problem is that it's turning the term 'corruption' from an inherently negative term as used in political or economical corruption into an acceptable or even outright benevolent term. It's porn, yeah, but definitions of words bleed through mediums regardless not to mention actual accurate meanings of corruption in porn like turning a relatively normal and pure girl into a town bycicle that no longer gives a shit about romance or relationships other than the next quick fuck. There's no purification available there, only purging.

Plus you're in a literature club. You're kinda expected to elaborate if you have no accurate terms to use rather than to take the easy way out and use an innaccurate one. You're not acting like the type of person the dokis knew you could be, user.
