It's easy, you just unpack the patcher in the XV install folder, then unpack the mods in the data folder. But now you also have to disable one of the anti-cheat files and you have to play offline, because Bandai-Namco thinks modders are worse than cheaters.

The more transformations a character has, the more their lower forms are required to job. That's why unless he goes ultra instinct, goku is currently pretty much stuck in Job City.
