Looks like I found where the 5th cave with a door is.

As /wfg/ told me when I bitched about people like this, you be sure to thank him for allowing more mobs to spawn.

It is a short elevator down, with chandelier platforms, and the bottoms of the curved borders that encase the plains and cetus. Perhaps Grineer were trying to dig under the trump wall? very little underwater streams, some enemy spawns, and various small offshoots that lead to dead ends.
and there is that odd yellow machine here as well.
