Demon Gaze 1 sold really well, while Demon Gaze 2 sold good too. It wasn't as many as the first, but it was still solid sales. EXP also stated they wanted to have a high-clear rate too, as they felt high sales coupled with only a third of them playing longer than three hours felt hollow.

Mmh, I think she got it better than most of the others as well. Oskars things weren't that interesting either. And honestly I don't remember much what happened with Ilmeria either besides making the ship, making the ship flying and that little argument they had with Firis. With Liane you met that guy in the desert which is actually her father and went to the village where she was born. Both pretty good scenes in the game, especially the village one.

Personally I don't like the art in Mysterious series very much and Sophie had its flaws like not having enough endings. Firis was also had a bit shitty map as they tried to have an openworld with the same budget and workforce as the earlier Ateliers. That said I did enjoy both as they're my yearly planning and slice of life simulators.
