BB is a Mooncancer, the only class (and only servant in that class) who is weak to Ruler attacks. Well, outside Berserkers.
Martha is probably the most physically direct Ruler.
Having Martha punch in the face of the one servant she has an advantage over probably makes sense. She likely wants to punch SOMEONE.

Yes. Every New Years and Anniversary has a guaranteed 5* banner. But you can only roll once, it's gotta be rolled with paid quartz (the bonus from purchasing doesn't count either, so you have to spend at least 30 bucks on them), and it's got a bunch of servants lumped together.
