I'd recommend swapping the Dragoon out for a Shaman myself, giving you a team of Fencer / Masurao / Warlock / Botanist / Shaman. You could also take it even further and go Fencer / Pugilist / Masurao / Rover / Shaman for a dedicated Chain team.

Rarely useful under normal circumstances. You use it when you know there's an AoE attack coming in, so you can catch the damage with AK and return it next turn. Unfortunately, most bosses in EOV have random patterns, so you can't rely on boss du jour to use that one party-wide nuke that'll give you a beefy AK.

Trying to make a new party in EO5. Need some recommendations. Current idea is
F: Phantom Duelist / Barrage Brawler / Deathguard
B: Graced Poisoner / ???
I want a party that can debuff enemies so the Deathguard can abuse Ephemeral Reap. I chose the Phantom Duelist to be a soft-tank since I was planning on going with 3 frontliners and thought it would be beneficial to have him to chase dodges. Not sure about Graced Poisoner since I have a Merciful Healer on my main party and Reflex Herb would be incredibly useful to have on this party as well.
What do you guys think? Thoughts, improvements?
Quick chant really only gets better at later levels once the tp cost isn't so high.
For the first boss, just block off the ads, defend the first turn, then spam line status with harbinger (once you inflict a golem with status, it transfers it to the main body upon merging), spam lightning, not focus chant, and have your masurao swallow strike the fuck outta the boss, with your dragoon and botanist on support duty. To make it better im pretty sure he always merges legs first so you can spam divide guard for stomp

I've yet to see anyone get a 3day ban for posting nipples, and there have been quite a lot of them.
Can't seem to keep my party up. Explosion takes out one party member each time, and I can't revive them without them dying the same turn. I've gotten him to 50% at most before he wipes everyone with explosion.
