I have spent almost 3 hours trying to make a character that I thought was cute/cool looking, between every race and gender, while not trying to look too plain. This is becoming a nightmare to me. About a week before I played I lurked this general trying to get a good idea of what I'd like to play race-wise but all of you were so cute that when I went to play, I felt "off". Are there cosmetic options that aren't available to new players? It seems like every combo of facial features is either: pure typical anime/cutesy-young/stern(mostly in an ugly way/down syndrome. What do I do? Should I just make a very basic character to start with and try to get cute later?
