>lay off undertale for a while, joining new communities >finally have a dream involving toriel as a motherly figure utg, is this what it feels like to ascend?
Lincoln Phillips
congrats user, that is the ultimate ascension dreaming of your fave
Sebastian King
>more momfags coming back well just don't go shitting on everyone else and you're welcome to stay
Elijah Allen
at this point we have characterfags, anti-characterfags, falseflaggers and counter-falseflaggers, so hell even knows who's who
Brayden Rogers
90% is just one threadshitter though, nobody else has time for all that bullshit.
Kevin Thomas
Thanks, Twitteranon!
Ian Sanchez
Exactly You know what to do, boys
Andrew Parker
The statement sounds rather presumptuous.
Adrian Gray
Hello.
This is my favorite Chara thing.
Chase Martin
You know, I thought that Golden Quiche was going pretty well until this happened and everything stopped making sense and the writer could not get their mouth off of Sans' dick
Hudson Ramirez
...
Austin King
Chara made such a mess cutting a slice of cherry pie.
Jaxon Cook
I have too many Asgore things to pick just one but I really like this one
Aiden Price
Goes to show that passion is not all that matters.
Asgore is a pretty cool dad guy.
James Wood
Confession: I actually really dislike it that my fav is a support cast member for 99.99 % of the things they're in.
Isaac Ramirez
we are like the dreamer who dreams and lives inside the dream
Parker Ortiz
Papyrus or Toriel?
James Young
user, don't be discouraged. If they were able to catch your attention and become your favorite the way they are, then that's all that matters. Imagine how dreadful it would be if they became mainstream.
Ayden Wood
i love lizard
Kevin Bell
Greetings. This is my favourite Papyrus thing!
Elijah Bennett
They are pretty mainstream. That's funny you mentioned both my fav and second fav. But, yeah, Toriel
Nolan Rivera
They're the only two characters I can think of who don't have very much notable stuff based just around them
Maybe Alphys as well. Everyone else gets a lot of solo love
Kevin Turner
There is never enough Pap.
Nolan Cooper
i hate lizard
Jacob Anderson
I think with any ounce of creativity, you can wonderful things with each of those three. Maybe sometime soon I will do it myself at this rate.
Matthew Turner
This may be my favorite Papyrus thing.
Lucas Evans
It really kind of sucks that at this point I can't look at this and just think it's just a cool image, I immediately assume it's once again someone believing Sans to be the most important character in the game.
Kevin Bennett
Just think of all the ways he probably messed with her before you show up.
Isaiah Johnson
lizard is love lizard is life
Bentley Perez
...
Jaxon Bailey
I'm sure glad that we got such a wonderful character written that she only gets more fucking shit the more you learn about her with no redemption. Alphys made me hate yellow reptiles in any form of media, that's not something anything can do, good job toby.
Matthew Williams
I personally have no strong opinion about Alphys, but acknowledge that she's a pivotal character. Without her, the story wouldn't have advanced.
Matthew Gomez
...
Eli Scott
...
Gabriel Lopez
That's true of basically every major character except sans.
Julian Long
How ironic that the character who does the least in-game has the most fans and representation.
Jaxson Smith
While true that every character did their part, it was her that created Flowey, a being aware and able to cause resets, who became Asriel, and ultimately broke the barrier.
Sebastian Ramirez
While he does the least directly, he has a lot of presence and that contributes to it a lot. Add to that ticking a lot of boxes on what gets people interested in the character and you end up with people writing an essay on how Sans is Undertale itself.
Sebastian Campbell
I bet Alphys is behind this
Jaxson Roberts
Do you have any minor headcanons (things about the characters that don't affect the main story in any way, but are just little tidbits about them) that you like?
I mean things like Chara preferring caramel-filled chocolate, or Alphys really liking sushi.
Elijah Walker
>or Alphys really liking sushi. but that's canon
Easton Roberts
...
Chase Lee
the style itself is funny, but fucking hell that's some Dobson-tier eyebrows
Ryder Garcia
>bunch of fucking lines
Kevin Powell
"She's got an okay ass"
user..
Joseph Stewart
That's Frisk!
Isaiah Hall
wat
Ryder Moore
...
Dominic Harris
For Dobson eyebrows they'd need speedlines wouldn't they
Leo Sanders
Flowey is deathly afraid of bugs and butterflies
Jayden Hill
She ruined that fucking timing puzzle That should be reason enough to fucking murder her but you can't do it without killing innocents like Undyne or Mettaton
Grayson Harris
The goats like heavy metal music
Dylan Jones
Makes sense.
I can see Asriel and Toriel being really into it.
Isaiah White
But not like in a headbangy way. To them it's relaxing.
Ryder Carter
In the Underground, screamo is elevator music
Hudson Ortiz
What's a traditional monster lullaby?
David Cooper
Please don't take my sunshine away.
It's the only one they sing, and it conveniently fits all the fanart, what are the odds?
Carson Lopez
Frisk has red eyes like Chara and the reason they squint is to hide them
Boss monsters also have red eyes , which was a bonding point between Asriel and Chara
Chara doesn't kill anyone in Soulless Pacifist, they just want you to think they did because you don't deserve a happy ending after doing Genocide.
Liam Garcia
I have difficulty buying 'just a prank brah' from someone who earlier on really did intend to commit mass murder and has erased the universe via jolly cooperation.
Nicholas Myers
how much kiddo could a kiddo kiddo if a kiddo could do kiddo?
Cameron Kelly
does sans even say kiddo in the game
Wyatt Bennett
No, only Gerson does, that's the saddest/funniest thing about it.
Aiden Gonzalez
No, but Gerson does. In Genocide, no less.
Henry Ward
Do you really think that just reaching LV20 is enough to DESTROY THE FUCKING UNIVERSE? Of course not, if you could get that kind of power from killing a bunch of monsters, someone would have gotten it during the Human/Monster war. Chara's making you see what they want you to see.
Cooper King
If it's Chara's judgment, and they want to punish you, why do they actively assist during the rest of the route?
Tyler Thomas
Destroying the universe shouldn't be that much harder than rewinding it. Especially if it can be restored anyway after it's "destroyed". I think Chara is abusing the same old save mechanism in an unusual way to effectively kill everyone.
Josiah Ortiz
I don't see how time travel can be used to kill everyone. I know you can pull off the "kill people before they're born" schtick, but you can't go that far back with DT.
Ryder Walker
Personally I assume they're piloting Frisk while that dialogue's happening to set the CORE on self-destruct, puncture the center of the earth, and wreck shit yo.
Don't take this seriously.
Chase Wilson
I can buy that, it makes more sense than the 'canon' explanation. Because there isn't a canon one.
Charles Lee
I just want to give Asriel my soul. Even if I have to force it down his throat. Especially if I have to force it down his throat.
Dylan Diaz
I think that resetting is effectively murder because you destroy someone's current state, but it's more clearly murder if you reset all the way back to before someone was conceived/born. A lot happens between a neutral playthrough and Sans's expository phone call, resets can go a long way back. Things can be lost because of resets. If you, for example, just constantly reset then time doesn't advance and people might as well be dead because they stopped living. You can argue that it's not real destruction because the world still exists in a previous frozen state, but that matches the way it works in the game.
Adrian Smith
A monster with a human soul is described as a "horrible beast with unfathomable power". Would you still do it, if it turned Asriel into that?
Caleb Reed
the only true pacifist playthrough is if you don't kill anyone in a neutral route and then never touch the game again, because even loading to regular true pacifist is genocide.
Nolan Cook
That's a very interesting thought! In other words, time stands still forever?
Ayden Barnes
He's been through worse. Like that time he had someone's soul who actually wanted to eliminate all of humanity.
Bentley Richardson
>Do you really think that just reaching LV20 is enough to DESTROY THE FUCKING UNIVERSE? Headcanon: The genocide ending is Frisk committing suicide under the influence of Chara.
Ethan Robinson
Because they don't have a choice until they get powerful enough to wrest control from you.
Eh, I think that there's a reason why their "destroy the universe" attack looks like they're attacking you. They're cutting off your ability to see and influence the Underground.
Bentley Roberts
Yes. Or something equivalent to it, assuming the game doesn't outright lie to you and hide that the world continues in the background. The world used to run, the world doesn't run now, but the world could run again in the future. It's effectively paused.
Ian Edwards
>Because they don't have a choice until they get powerful enough to wrest control from you.
I'm sorry but that makes no fucking sense. If you fail, there's a much higher chance of abandoning the route altogether, but instead Chara goes along with it and not only suggests appropriate murder numbers, but shittalks Toriel, looks for the knives, announces failure if you fail to kill Snowdrake, jokes cruelly about the guards, and so on (though some of these admittedly rely on Charrator, sticking to purely red rext isn't an improvement either). If they're just biding time to wrest control, that would still make them look like a sociopathic hypocrite at best.
Julian Harris
You don't have to load it, you can just do a separate installation or move your save folder first. The most ethical way to play the game is to play it over and over again and store all your TP saves separately.
Ryder Cox
but if you reload from a neutral route to do true pacifist, you will have erased/murdered everyone in that specific neutral route. since you can't do tp without a neutral first, a universal genocide is inevitable
Christian Martin
Not if you copy your neutral folder somewhere else, so it always keeps existing, and then repeatedly use it as the basis for TP endings.
