People aren't. You're seeing internet reactions, not the reactions of people who actually play games. At TWT, the reaction was very positive, and even here, when the question was asked directly towards those who play tekken, anons said the addition was good. His moveset is varied and he brings nice new direction for the game. And as someone who plays tekken, I think he looks really neat, and I can't wait to play him. I've enjoyed almost all the new T7 characters to the point of dropping my pocket bob for Kazumi, and I'm sure I'll like noctis and geese.
