Malekith's early game is basically him genociding everyone around him and taking everything by force.
Just burn all Norscan settlements to the ground and prioritize killing Beastmen when you see them since the other dark elves can't really handle them pooping all over the settlements so by the time you try to expand south towards Clar Karond everyone is a chaos blasted shithole.

In all my games Aghol/Mung wipe out Deadwood Sentinels/Ghrond/Har Ganeth if I don't take care of them. This is due to the currency bug with Norscan settlements I think.
This usually leaves either Clar Karond/Karond Kar to expand down south towards the Bleak Holds/Morathi. Usually I let the Norscans murder everyone at the top however to a certain extent since it's easier fighting Norscan stacks than it is Dark elf stacks.
