I basically only play Sim nowadays which actually favors multi-role planes. I really enjoy being able to drop hot loads on bases and then loiter in space and pounce on people with an extremely stable gun platform.
Love the guns on it. Not a fan of the climb rate/acceleration with a payload, I definitely feel more vulnerable than when I'm in the B-57A.

A perfect organism; I admire its purity. The result of Japanese aircraft designers finally realizing a plane doesn't need to be the same width as its engine. Exceedingly good climb and dive performance, coupled with manageable tuning capabilities.

Only downside is the armament, with the hei model recieving 4x Japanese 12.7mm. They feel more like 7.7s when compared to how american 12.7mm performs right now.

No, I'm pretty sure the Jap 7.7 is the worst gun in the game but for some reason it's pretty fun to use to me at least. I think because it has a good sound to it.

A6M2 mod 11
I used to play the A6M2 a lot, but then the mod 11 got buffed while the A6M2 stayed the same because small family company ))), this was a year ago by the way. I don't play it that much though, I just thoroughly enjoy coming back to it after a shit day.
It dodges the fucked up 3.7 BR, the only really bad things it can regularly see are the P-47Ds and it manages to be surprisingly competitive at its BR spread where it actually isn't that slow compared to others.
It's a good awareness, snapshot and trigger discipline trainer and coming up with new ways to outmaneuver someone even faster or getting an attack on a faster enemy is pretty fun, I just wish they'd buff its rollrate to what it should be, but small family company )))))).

I agree, but I've also come to realize that people who teamkill just don't give a fuck or are too stupid to think twice before doing it. Most players don't care at all about the team, they're just in it for their own amusement and reward so to them teamkilling is fine and I guess it make them think they're cool and tough or something. lol I tk'd that guy I sure told him who's boss etc etc.

I feel your pain though. I've encountered too many literal retards in this game and the absurd levels of incompetence, retardation, ignorance and immaturity of the playerbase even in fucking tier 5 is one of the reasons this game will never be as good as it could be, besides Gaijin's incompetence.

My favorite plane is technically not even in the game, surprisingly. I've always imagined having heated engagements with tough opponents like 109 F-4s, G-2s, Mc205 Veltros and Reggaines (whenever they add those) over the skies of Italy and Sicily (somewhere like in the Battle of Monte Cassino!).

The P-51 Bs and Cs have their own style and look really cool, plus people within War Thunder still consider P-51s as shit, so I'd like to prove them wrong, especially whenever the C variant gets added in!
