Sera will want to escape with her daughter (for some reason that will make you shocked) . Chloe will be given option to let Rachel go with her mom, or she would want to keep her to herself (yeah whatever you saw that slate was true) However this won't affect course of events because like I said there will be another major thing happen. And don't worry nothing will seperate Rachel and Chloe in these 3 days and their relationship WON't GET DESTROYED

Sera's wanting to take Rachel away is obviously not related with gtfo that town with a car.. everything is related with supernatural stuff on there.And you will find out why Sera never gets mentioned. Also I am repeating this again; it won't damage Rachel and Chloe's relationship and one way or another you will get chill/happy endingg . There will be "feels" at the end yeah, but Chloe and Rachel will get their happy conclusion; this means any drama won't happen between them/they won't seperate. It's been already mentioned that Steph will have major role in this episode and yeah she will, but it is not like she will be villain or anything; she will help us 'coming out'. Steph will reveal that Chloe's being 100% into chicks they will talk about it and that moment Chloe will admit it openly; without using any subtle sentence; they will also talk about her -chloe's- "love" for Rachel. Depending on your choices Chloe will be more flustered while talking/and may even be insecure about Rachel's feelings for her (this will happen if your intimacy is lower) Ah now, I know that someone will mention that stuff in Chloe's outdated wallet from first game; I also asked anonymously messaged game dev about it to confirm it, like I really insisted that I wanna find out; and you guys were right, devs put it to imply that past phase, it stopped after Rachel. This is why they put that certain dialogue in there. So yes, Chloe's 100% into chicks only and this game/steph will confirm it. so whew. -About Taylor thing: Weirdly enough, this girl was gonna be a lickspittle of Chloe and even in game files, there were implications that this girl was kinda hitting on Chloe too. Tries to talk with her constantly even Chloe wasn't hanging out at those times etc. The reason why they cut her from game though, to avoid these inconsistency arguments.

-About cut Neighbour scene (with truck) : I guess with this info, I will drop a bomb here heh... Anyway, I have already mentioned you that Chloe's truck was gonna be fixed in earlier events. Rather than "walking" to Rachel's house, they were gonna go there with Chloe's truck and whole conversation (yes damn, even kiss scene) was gonna happen there; with Chloe's truck/ under the lights. When Rachel got into her house they were gonna get busted again and forced to being in diner. The reason why they cut this is obviously add the latter chapter more screentime for developing truck. In a panic moment

-Remember, before episode 1 released I have already told you that Steph was gonna be into girls and "could" be into Chloe. During development, devs changed it; rather than being friendzoned figure to Chloe; they put her there as "sister material" for Chloe. And even if she seems into Rachel she is not rival and actually her existence triggers romance between Rachel and Chloe, she there to help Chloe, this is why she supports her no matter what.

You are wrong though, at the end of S1 Max has all the information she needs to ensure that Rachel doesn't die and that Jefferson gets caught. It just has to be utilized in a smart way.
You are right in the fact that a simple phone call would probably change very little as she would be probably taken as crazy, but there are better ways to go about it.
She could write a journal detailing all the future events to come and details how to deal with them and by the end of focus she would ask either her parents to take it and send it to Chloe at a specific date or she would leave it with Joyce and ask her to do the same.
At the beginning of the journal she would start by "proving" this is not some kind of dumb joke by listing some real life events that hasn't happened yet. Maybe she would even use personal events that Max would have no way of knowing at the time. Of course Chloe would treat it as a joke but after she starts experiencing Max's predictions coming true she would believe it eventually. Then when that happens the rest should be relatively easy.
She doesn't know when Jefferson's activities started exactly but she knows the date when the bunker was renovated and she knows Nathan's story. So she first she might ask Chloe to ensure that Nathan doesn't go down the dark path (this could not work and would probably mean Jefferson would continue his sick fetish some other way but might save the girls of AB) but to be safe she still relies all the information she has about Jefferson, the bunker, the coordinates and Nathan's involvement. Then she convinces Chloe to find a way to submit this info to David who even with no reason to suspect anything yet would be more than eager to check it due to his hero complex and paranoia.

As for the tornado, maybe the key would be that if Rachel doesn't die the tornado doesn't come, but in case the tornado is still coming, Max would also mention that along with all the details on how to survive. She would tell her that first there will be supernatural symptoms, like animals dying and unexplainable phenomena like unschedules eclipse, she'd tell her about the bunker being storm-proof and that the lighthouse is a safe space. She would tell her that Joyce will be scheduled to work on that day so to ensure she doesn't. She would also ask Chloe to let as many people as she can about the storm. Which could lead to fun backtalk challenges. Of course in that case some would still die but it would still be better that what happened after bae.

Since Jefferson's career ended before he could do anything Max might not have went to Blackwell but you'd get a scene that shows Chloe and Rachel visitting Max in Seattle and Chloe who is not bitter and angry at her anymore because throughout these 1-3 years she felt like Max was with her, watching over her even if she wasnt physically there, would throw herself into Max's arms and cry "You did it Max, you saved us all" and in that moment it would be implied that prime-Max's consciousness returned. She would return the hug saying "I did? I did it Chloe!".

Best thing to do would be find a way to save Rachel and let her leave Arcadia Bay on her own. We know Max and Chloe will be alright despite their time apart, but staying in the town is what ended up killing Rachel. Give Max and Chloe the happiness they deserve together and give Rachel the freedom she needs. The she can still be their friend and not have to struggle with trying to appease Chloe by being her friend, but not lying about being more and leading her on.
