Can I switch SA MarisaB's mode of firing in the different direction? I only used two shots, the focus one for the boss and the wide one for the stage. It's a pain to switch from wide to focus since you have to switch to all the others shots first.

It's like you want to cripple yourself. Also trust me, you couldn't switch in the different direction in time, even if there was an option. The layout would be too cluttered and it would be too much to think in the heat of the moment.
If you play her for a long time, you'll be able to switch between the shots effortlessly and very quickly, making this a non-issue. What I did to memorize the shot order was to imagine her formations as a closed folding fan and each time I switched shots, the fan opened a bit.
