It does have actual PvP, yes.

It's very unbalanced though. Some classes are garbage while others can solo entire teams.

yes, there are a few different battlegrounds for 20v20, 15v15 and 3v3, pvp is fun although some may argue the cute outfits are the best part of the game anyway

i'd need more results (1000 for each) to know an exact or around exact crit chance with that skill, but basically full power is most likely the best build for duels, and in say fraywind where you get +20 power from shakans, and +48 power from aura or energy stars, hybrid build is better (with keen vrysks?) because you gain back the lost power but get extra crit from yourself. so, most likely with mystic you would still run full power, but without mystic definitely go hybrid. full crit is never good in pvp because you lose so much white damage, your average damage will be low. even though forceful will proc more, the damage gain isnt that high.

tl;dr: full power = best for 1v1 and mystic, hybrid = best for priest only or with mystic depending on class.

this issue is here for ages, i remember people sending gameassets to the chat 2-3 years ago. the proxy devs hyping this recently propably because advertisement for their proxy.
on one side, this is good because the devs are forced to FINALY do something about it. on the other side, all this drama drives players away and makes the game more dead.

no clue what all is possible with this ingame issue, im not a html programmer. what i can imagine is that they make the problem bigger as it is to get more atention. with scripts on the other hand is pretty much everything possible, so those are far more dangerous thay any ingame exploit or bug in the wrong hands.

nothing is harmful the only thing that happens / happened is tera's chat used an old version of html pnglib which crashed users, if they load an html image from their server, they could technically get the IP. no """"script"""" could be run.

And the animations also have generous iframes plus they have a lot of stuns and the healing. They're very good in duels when played correctly. Generally bad in BGs however.

The only classes that are any good in duels are those that can easily set up a chain stun/knockdown/stagger/etc. combo.

There is no such thing as skill in Tera PvP anymore. It's everyone using the same combos that guarantee kills from certain percentages.

Gunners have a very long lock down though dude. 2 stuns, a knockup, a kd, and a stagger. And there's of course a high skill cieling in pvp, and only shitters "use the same combos". You can't excel if you do brain dead stuff all the time.

There's as much skill as there ever has been, considering during P2P almost all stuns had reset glyphs and warriors and others could stun people 100% to 0 with no recourse. At least now most CC is shorter and isn't near guaranteed to 100% to 0 you.

Kenshin.XI almost 100-0'd me with a stunlock in FWC yesterday, he's un-eq and he had red. Made me remember those dark days.

When warriors properly KD they can still 100% me tohugh, but at least in those instance I can escape if they fuck up.

Warriors were the only real offenders of stunlock during the first few years. Lancers were annoying as well but chains were easy enough to juke and had long cooldowns; their strength came primarily from their longevity in duels.

I never said Gunners didn't have that. They have a ton of shit that sounds good on paper but like I said before they're easy as fuck to read. If you get caught in something sure they can do a lot of damage but almost every single skill they have can be easily avoided as long as you aren't playing like a retard.

Have you fought any good gunners? I agree with you for the vast majority of gunners but the good ones aren't so easily avoided. There are basically no good ones so I can see where you're coming from.
