Yes, actually. Knuckle Duster had Reaper DPS at more range than Reaper

The ult is pretty easily avoided by a lot of characters, just run from the circle.

But his fist fist hitbox used to be bigger than Roadhog so even if he missed you deliberately by trying to pass you to get someone behind you like a healer he'd still hit you and kill you

It could hit people on the other side of walls too. The E ability made him jump in the air too so he used that to get to places and do escapes he couldn't do normally.

It's not the knuckle shots that were the problem, it's that his Rocket Punch used to have a hitbox the size of a Dyson Sphere.

But that's really all you need for it to head down that route.
