The evo changes basically made it like the battle system in Zero/Ao, some thing are way too easy. For example, you have 0 CP turns, where you can use a S-craft and waste nothing.
What unlocks skills in Ys Celceta? I had both Adol and Duren randomly unlock a new one so far, but i'm not sure what triggered it. Duren's took longer to pop up compared to Adol though.
