Nagito is more intense naturally than Ouma. Sometimes Nagito seems pretty zen while Ouma is partymode except when he turns the crank on.

You could argue that Nagito, from his perspective, was doing the right thing- he was trying to kill off dangerous terrorists and spare the one innocent.

I do find Ouma's chipper and playful personality when not in overblown evil overlord mode more entertaining than Komaeda's, who's generally a pretty sad guy.
