Slash procs can already stack anyway. The mod is just completely separate. It's exactly like it says in the description. It gives you a 30% chance of inflicting a Slash proc when you land a crit. It is what it says. Your regular status effects will still work as normal.

Grinding relics is shit, and the rewards are still rare, but at the end of the day you only need to spend 5 minutes/5 waves/1 intercept to get your reward rather than spend 60 minutes doing survival
