You can turn off 90% of w10s reporting back to Microsoft during installation. Just don't use express settings. 9% is disable-able with an online guide, and the last 1% is anonymized data that's been reported since XP.

You unlock all district teleport and shifting tombs via reputation. You can also move your home there and teleport next to the guy that will sail you almost anywhere in the desert.

You don't even need a guide for most of the 9% if you're too lazy for that. One program, ShutUp10, covers it automagically.
