I'm a real light player and I can say 100% she's niche, good defender, awful attacker, her 1 turn TA with 9 CD buff is NOT good for damage-dealing, and her bits passive buff is decent but just slight better attacker than Juliet/Song. her 2nd skill is just a dispel which will most probably be useless. all in all, not good for damage.
