Well stop mashing. In low ranks people are always pressing buttons so make use of db4.3, f3, and db2.
Learn to use her slide correctly too(qcf+3) it got buffed and it's really good gives a launch on CH too.
Abuse her powercrush, it's pretty fast, covers amazing range and is only -14, shitters will always press buttons so just use it if you have lifelead.
Remember uf3 is a good panic button.
At wall make sure you're doing df3,2 , 1+3 and then ff3 or power crush. Once they start pressing back to get up, use your u/f1+2 grab, it will hit them the moment they start getting up. you can also replace 1+3 with uf3 for more guaranteed damage damage.

Command grabs that are inside other moves are a test of your knowledge. They exist to punish people who don't know about them and that's it. Regular grabs test your reactions.

Honestly it's hard to say. OnlyPractice is good but he really pushes the limits of Nina to the point where you might feel overwhelmed watching him. I think for Nina it's best to learn her combos and familiarize yourself with her movelist, then you can watch guys like OnlyPractice and Noname because you'll have a better idea of how to apply what they're doing.
