poison dagger is great, gives her killing power in certain situations, and then she can dance otherwise. if you can give her a kitty paddle somehow, even better.

My doot isn't +spd but it works well enough. You can opt for fury to boost her res tanking but her def is unsalvageable and 37 speed is just under what I consider minimum for running desperation.

SS if you plan on using her primarily as a player phase unit, because 34 speed is dangerous for dueling meta mages on enemy phase.

She's definitely not too slow, especially if she gets any flier-specific support. Even a Hone Speed puts her at 42 which is good enough for low merge arena.
