What I hope fixes:
Increase on base stats on healers
Increase on base attack on staff weapons (kind of already confirmed)
Make it so staff users can equip all of the great skills they can't currently equip
Remove arbitrary half damage penalty from staff weapons, replace wrathful staff's effect with something like "increase weapon damage by 25%" locked to staves or something

What will probably happen:
Increased base power on staves by means of upgrading staff weapons
Wrathful staff on a few other units (probably other staff units locked to 5*)

What will likely happen:

I don't, only because it might mean a free CYL unit yet again.
