Even half of the staff from witcher 3 quitted and the rest were moved to the already in development Cyberpunk 2077. There are many complaints about CDPR being shit at development and people getting paid less than """""""""""""OTHER STUDIOS""""""""""""" with long work time periods and sometimes getting high expectations which makes the people in the dev team working even more under not so good conditions.

Either way those complaints can be true but at least they release good fucking content and amazing games.

The video game industry is a very bad industry to work in all together. Most people are contract workers, there's very few loyalty to companies.
