This was the honestly the best option. Sagat is a boring character desu, and seeing that they're giving everybody new abilities as well as extenders and v-triggers is better for the game. It's means there's more diversity in expression and that's always a good thing.
Im hoping tat new combo extenders are just the ones you get from activating a new vtrigger.

No, watch closely and you'll see it's a very fast sort of flash kick launcher, that he just happens to follow up with an EX flash kick. I can assume you can do lots of things after it, like regular flash kick, sonic booms, super, and maybe even air throw.
