Depends on whether or not they're doing this chronologically. The stuff with Misaya/Paracelsus and Tatsumi/Jekyll happens more or less in parallel in the timeline, but in the LN series those events are not presented in a chronological sequence. But the first CD had its scenes more or less linear. It doesn't jump up and down the timeline so much as the LN does.

With that in mind, I think it's likely the second CD will have most of the scenes from before the battle royale versus Ozzy, including Jekyll's death, and the end might then be a prelude to the big battle in Tokyo Bay. The third CD would then be mostly about that battle. The fourth and fifth CDs would then cover stuff from Dear My Hero and Knight of Fate, respectively, with the inclusion of scenes from earlier LN volumes that happened later in the timeline and got shifted around to make the story more accessible.

I might get proven wrong about this, but I'd like to think most of this will turn out to be on the mark.

Top servants didn't exist in Extra, it was first created in Extella. Top servants are official top rank servants, as designated by the Mooncell or maybe throne. Its a fairly new thing.

Top Servants were a thing in CCC, too. Romulus was one.
