That's true as well though. The osrs dev's are kinda shit, most of their ideas are garbage or lazily half assed. I did like the Gargoyle boss because it was actually fun as a fight. Whereas I despise every other boss that Slayer has as they're all cheap/uninteresting to fight/love giving le ebin trolle drops.
Dragonslayer 2 is gonna be the same shit as Monkey Madness 2. Not a challenging quest, just a long slog.

is there a way to proxy stake? Like bet on someone else staking instead of doing it yourself? I dont have maxed combats and I might never get them but staking is how you make the big money. If not I figure the only way is to have a trustworthy maxed friend do it for you

So im playing this fucking game again for the first time in since 2004, I remember quitting when I got WoW. And since Im going to be stuck on this 10+ year old computer for at least a month or 2, fuck it I'll give it a try again.
This is my progress from 2 nights of playing so far, any major advice for for f2p shitters besides getting subscription?

Do quests, some of them reward you with enough experience to skip the early levels of some skills. Other quests don't, but they still give you goals to work towards which makes the grinding easier.

Yeah I did the vampire quest and got my attack skilled up from like 22 to 30. As far as combat leveling, should attack be my focus to get a rune weapon asap, because it will level all combat stats in general faster after? I tried looking this shit up but theres not much information

train fishing until lobsters and train wc until yews, then dump all your gp into mind runes and kill hill giants until you get bored
do champions and get a rune sword (not longsword)

fuck I really want kq pet but too lazy to do desert elite. Only things I would need to train are fletch thieve pray. Fletch would be easy but boring. Pray would put a dent in my cash stack. Thieving is fucking garbage but its funny because I need 84 for a master clue ive had for months anyway. even after all that I'd still have to grind out at least 81 agility. probably one of the easiest elites and im still too lazy. one of these days...

I think generally people get the attack level required for a weapon (ie 40 for rune, 60 for dragon etc.) then level strength to match,

is there literally any reason to do fossil island wyverns? I've done 2 tasks one specifically ancient wyverns and the other just the easiest version. They both sucked and I hate normal wyverns. Is this a skip worthy task?
