I just got legion bundle last saturday and im playing for about 10 hours now. So far im liking the game.

Im still questing for undead. Will i eventually get to the point that the quests im taking is about the main story of WOW? Or are those quests specific to raids only?

You can't possibly expect all the drops to not get some upgrades. But keep being butthurt, it fits you.

The questing generally starts to focus more on the overarching story and the characters from around level 70 (Northrend) onwards, sometimes a story arc will be concluded in a dungeon

Arms is great, make sure to bully ret paladins and remind them that you are better in every way.

Invasion point bosses are doable for anybody with a brain and sustaining power, so long as it's not a cancer affix. Greater invasion points can't be soloed unless you're a BDK I guess.

Probably a dumb question but i dont know the answer so im going to ask. Do i only need to clear the breaching the tomb achievement on one character to unlock the class mounts for all my characters? Or does each character have to clear it out.

I think from MOP the zone story lines are at least semi-relevant to right now, if not directly then thematically. Wrath and Cata events have mostly been either resolved, or further complicated.

But your instincts are right. Actual raids tend to be light on story, but many of the most important story-heavy questlines are endgame zones or legendary quests tied to raid releases/progression, or pre-expansion content (the destruction of Theramore, the Iron Horde invasion and the Legion invasions were all pre-expansion events for example)

Often very important endgame quests end up literally just removed from the game. MOP endgame content in particular was gutted - they made unavailable the original Vale of Eternal Blossoms, Wrathion's legendary questline, pre-SoO content etc...

Then a lot of major lore events or huge character moments happen in novels, short stories and audiobooks and you won't find out about them in-game. It's a mess. But, you shouldn't worry too much about it, and just enjoy what comes to you as it comes to you. It's best just to take your time enjoying the ride. And some of the best Warcraft stories are self-contained within leveling zones, like Spires of Arak.

You don't until max level unless you get lucky with green dungeon drops, which you can then sell for thousands yourself. The AH caters to ultra rich players leveling alts, not new players because the gold you get goes up by an absurd amount once you get to use your class hall in Legion.

You really need a character at max level to get a character to max level
All the money and benefits you need come from being your own sugar daddy
I was broke, undergeared, and miserable grinding up to my first max character

It takes about two weeks to level up without looms. A week if you're a NEET.

Have they fixed zone scaling? I tried playing again awhile back, but the XP gain was super unbalanced and i out leveled every single zone I was in. Really unimmerive, and left me with tons of unfinished quests everywhere I went.

Are monks fun overall? I never really see that many around so i always think they are bad.

Highly doubt it, I just went through 1-60 without any heirlooms and absolutely nobody said a word about it, save for one occasion where someone asked me if I was new to the game in a friendly sort of matter.

You absolutely get kicked from dungeons if you are a new player and don't understand mechanics/directions/etc.
