They didn't remake Re:coded for the same reason they didn't remake Days.
There simply isn't enough time or resources for the ReMIX projects to make it happen. However, Re:coded had the benefit of knowing it couldn't be remade, so it's a more comprehensive movie. Nothing really gets cut out and there's also fight scenes.
