We've seen one of Strix's ones from a deleted video, and it was something retarded like +300% flare damage and lower cd on flare.

Before considering adding more they should first make the three available actually be viable for everyone.

Are we talking Casual viable or Comp meta here? Because a lot of legendaries work okay with casuals but are shit elsewhere (and then there's Soul Collector)

Paladins is gonna be on fire if this legendary becomes released as a fourth.

I see the appeal in higly coordinated pro play because you don't need the extra hook damage, your team WILL help shoot them down after the displacement, and youd prefer a mobile shell shield. But casually? Idk man
