Baba viewed Kenshin as a great rival and was infuriated by the idea of giving her an undignified death. He (and the other two, to a lesser extent) cared more about a warrior's pride than thinking pragmatically like Tourin does.

I could see Tourin pointing out how Nami presented no threat to Takeda as it currently existed, therefore making going through the effort of killing her a pointless endeavor.
