These teams are pretty bad honestly. They seem to just be "the key characteristics of the Dokis, but turned into the most literal pokemon equivalent", rather than being teams that Dokis would realistically use while reflecting who they are. Look at Guzma, for example - he's a pure Bug type trainer, and uses a lot of powerful pokemon, but there's still a hint of himself reflected with Golisopod, which has the ability Emergency Exit. He doesn't use a team of pokemon which run away along with Scrafty, Honchkrow, and whatnot - he uses what he would want to use.
