Generally people with relics first, or if you don't have many people at all yet someone that can fill a role you don't have. You get a lot of them over time, though, so you could probably pick up anyone you wanted.

Unlless you just want to look at big numbers, this user is correct. Even Bahamut (Extreme) isn't really difficult, and the only reason you'd be grinding is for possible content that might not even come out, and just for the sake of grinding.

Probably a good idea. You could always save it for a couple of days, since you get one guaranteed for every weekly event. If it's 3 guaranteed relics, you'd have 2 characters you could grab immediately if they are any good.

moon is immune to all breaks. You can break the shitty add's attack/mag if you have a free turn with WoL. Otherwise... breaks aren't so important.

oops, i mispoke, you kill 8 total before the moon turns into phase 2 and then summons them continuously. In other words, you never really stop killing them but you do need to kill the moon and whatever adds are on the field at the same time if you want to avoid the snorting aftermath, which you do
