I just got a SFL pack ticket out of a green chest, is that supposed to happen?

I'm a shadowbab, but in my book blood and shadow are always edgelord bros 4 life.

The green ones give anything from 30 rupees to an animated legendary, except the emblems or sleeves. Those are limited to orange chests. Purple chests probably work the same as green except they have a minimum of 70 rupees, at least that's the lowest I've seen from them.

Is this a Neutral Blood deck? Do you run Phantom Cat? I feel like that card is pretty underrated in general. It's relatively solid even if you don't run many neutrals.

Gawain at 6copies, 1 animated. TotG packs don't like me one bit, I had to craft every single Belph, Eachtar and Zeus, and it was only recently I got a Sibyl from a t2 pack.
