With every update I became stronger, more powerful. You can see my illusions of grandeur seeping through my veins. I have not made an update since 2.1 (last year). I am the ultimate.

The race you pick only slightly effects your base stats at the maximum level. So unless you want to min-max it's not a big deal. The gap is only relatively noticeable when it comes to casts/caseals and tech damage.

Sharp bomber 0 for usual DPS + avoiding getting hit, don't forget to headshot whenever possible. Banish arrow + master shot + as many penetrating arrows as possible for big dick burst damage. Gravity point + sharp bomber 0 for thick groups of mobs, million storm when they're spread apart and/or have very little HP. Chase arrow when you don't have anything to hit.

Very few mobages have been found out for fucking up your rares based on your SEED, such SEED changes every time you start your game. In pso2 terms:

I do relatively expensive affixes on everything I play and I try my best to play well, but I also play every class (even the "bad" ones) because I enjoy the variety and I spend quite a bit on cosmetics and clothes.
