Honestly, the best part about Tsushima is the Russian fleet's wild ride to get to the battle.
IJN and IRN had similar number of ships. The USN had more ships than IJN at the beginning and the difference became comically larger near the end of the war.
The USN contained more tonnage of ships than the rest of the navies of WWII combained multiple times over.

They had more ships but it was split into two different oceans. The British Navy had the same problem hence the ratio given in the Washington and London Naval treaties. Hell, France and Italy were given less tonnage and they raised less fuss about it than Japan. Especially France. Hell Japan's strategy in WW2 was banking on the fact the Atlantic Fleet wouldn't come over, and taking out the capital ships stationed in the Pacific with the Pearl Harbor Strike then winning(getting S ranks IRL) for more than a year.

seems like after 10 secs, and every 20 secs after that with a 20% chance, she'll tank 20% of all the dmg everyone else takes, and then mark a random enemy with a debuff such that all attack on it deals 8% more.
