What's the difference between blind pick and draft pick?

This new game mode sucks.

blind pick: in champion select you can't see the champions of the other team and there is no assigned role, you can pick champions that are on the same team as the enemy
draft pick: you queue up for a specific role and get assigned one. Teams take turns picking champions and you can see what they pick and can't have the same champion on both teams. Draft pick also has a "ban phase" where you pick a champion to be banned so no one on either team can pick them.

you need 20 champions to be able to play draft pick
also if you want to play a highly banned champ then you may want to play blinds
also queue times are shorter for blind pick, in tandem with not having to wait 5 minutes for the entire draft phase

I mainly play blind pick just because I don't like waiting around for the game to start. It can be hectic because sometimes people fight over roles but I can usually get my main role (ADC)

You can alleviate some of this sure, they're extreme examples, but it really feels like you have to drag your teammates to victory sometimes.

So basically, you outfarmed the adc during laning then you almost exclusively grouped with your team shitting on the enemy and farmed champions because farming waves on MF takes a thousand years
