Some dex is good for dopell if you have HIghlander I think. Speed of attack helps and crit attack boost from highlander.

If you think you can make oragnes to at least transcend 5 I think placing some dex so you can chain your skills smoother is good.

DEX is less shit when you have enough patk to overcome the pdef. But ti's still inferior to STR in most cases.

Nigglert is just a lagster with a natural 500ms ping and 50% packet loss. The subhuman should be playing on his regional server.

Having a bad connection doesn't cause you to teleport like that, it delays your own commands to the server but ultimately the server has the final say in your location. You can tell Wizlert cheats by watching the speed at which his hitbox moves when chasing you, he frequently exceeds the speed that the game will allow you to go for a given candy count.
