Eu is more alive than NA. I highly recommend playing on EU servers if you're from Europe.

EU is very well alive, the ping depends mostly on your own connection but I heard it's somewhere around 180ms+ ingame

With pingzapper i get 180-210ms on the ingame pingmeter usually. Its higher and less "smooth" without the vpn.
It's not ideal but playable unless you want to play classes that rely on animation cancel and what not.
