Switch to superior JP before you get Stockholm Syndrome'd

Spend them on whatever you like, as for keyblades the initial three are shit after a while, and the later you get them the better they get but in the end what medals you have generally determines what keyblade you upgrade
Try to at least get them all to 25, but no further than that unless it suits your medals
