Worth using and worth investing in are different things. At neutral he's still good and does his job as a tanky archer. All he needs is Bowbreaker to be turned into a Blyn counter.

Sounds like you already know to give Michalis Hone Fliers. It should be given to the unit who uses the attack or at least the speed least effectively.

We were never a gacha general to begin with. Sure, Heroes made the general not dead, but at the same time, the more the game grows, the more recognition /feg/ gets. I hate to use this as an example, but when you compare the amount of subs r/fireemblem has with r/fireemblemheroes, the latter has 11000 more subs. Such is the spoils of gacha games
