The Viggen was built for preplanned strikes, so there isn't much you can do, but AKAN gunpods and Mavericks are a nice CAS loadout
If you have the time to just sit and plan with the F10 map, you can generate your own missions. The functionality built into that little computer is crazy, even for something so simple.

you can do full fuel and payload on position 3 (farthest back) be sure to use emergency after burner as well and flaps. For positions 1 and 2 try 60-80% fuel.
